Rates & Availability
We update our calendar regularly for availability. Longer stays welcome & discounted for 2 or more continuous months. First floor apartment only may also be available, please inquire for availability & monthly rates.

Refundable Deposit* $500-$2500
Typical deposit is $1,500. Deposit is based on occupancy, length of stay and other factors. $22/day for utilities (water & electric) will be deducted from the deposit.
Cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Tax is 12.5%
DEPOSIT & TAX
If cancelation is at least 90 days prior to check-in date, we refund all monies paid less $100 admin fee.
Policy is flexible, depending on needs and referral source
CANCELATIONS
For your convenience, the Rental Agreement can be signed online.
ONLINE AGREEMENT
$350 whole house (apartment and main floor); $175 apartment or main floor only.
CLEANING FEE
To reserve dates, we require the deposit and 1/2 down of the rental fee. The balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
WHAT'S DUE WHEN?
Small, non-shedding dogs considered with $250 non-refundable pet fee.
Larger and/or shedding dogs may be considered with a minimum non-refundable $500 pet fee.
